Daily Personal Fitness

All of these at 100% effort, Monday through Friday outside of practice:
  • 1 mile, with a goal of under 7 minutes
  • 1 100 meter/yard sprint
  • 2 50 meter/yard sprints
  • 5 20 meter/yard sprints

Practices

·       Practice started January 16, 2015

·       All players must be registered to practice with the team

·       Winter practice day: Friday 

·       Practice Time: First Hour (6:00 - 7:00) Middle School Boys (7/8 grade), all girls and new players for Sophomore Team (9/10 grade)

Second Hour (7:00 - 8:00) Sophomore Boys (9/10 grade) and Varsity Boys (11/12) 

·       Practice Location: "The Pitch": 976 Marshal, Layton. (Corner of Marshal and Gordon Ave)

·       Practices will start on time

·       If you must miss practice or be late, you must communicate it prior to practice via text/phone call to your coach:

o   1 unexcused absence a week or 2 tardies = missing the starting position in Saturday’s game

o   2 unexcused absences a week or 3 tardies = missing the first half of the game

o   3 unexcused absences a week = missing the entire game
