2015 Utah Girls Select Side -  BOTH 15's and 7's!

Northern Tryouts and Combine/Skills night: Thursday May 14th, 6PM UVU Rugby fields behind the McKay Education Building on UVU Campus.

Southern Tryouts and Combine/Skills night: Saturday May 16th, 9AM at the Sun Bowl in St. George. 

We will have timed competitions and skills drills both to try out for the Select Side (allstars) as well as develop skills and socialize with other girls.

We will select both the 15's team and the 7's team from these tryouts and based on recommendations from the player's coaches.

15's select side schedule - practice T/Th 6PM at UVU from May 19th to June 18th. Southern girls practice Tuesday PM/ Sat AM in St. George.

Warm-up game June 6th, Colorado tournament, June 19th, 20th, 21st

7's select side schedule - practice T/Th 730PM at UVU from June 9th till July 7th

Victoria International 7's tournament July 10/11th in British Columbia

Las Vegas 7's February 2016

Cost for participation will be $100 due to the generous sponsorship of the national guard. (Previously $300+)

All girls selected for the teams will be given a workout schedule which they are expected to complete on their own time. There will be fitness benchmarks to check progress. Girls will receive nutrition and fitness training.
