Welcome to the player registration page! On this page you will find links to register to participate in the various leagues sanctioned by Utah Youth Rugby. You will need to register separately for each league you wish to participate in. 

If you are not sure which club to to register with, click on this link to find a club near you.

Returning players are expected to register for the same club they were members of in the previous season. If you wish to transfer clubs, please complete the player transfer request form using the link below.

New players are expected to play where they live. If you live in a high school boundary where that high school has a team, you will need to join that high school club (this includes Middle School team players)

Follow these instructions to register. A new browser window will open to USA Rugby & Rugby Explorer. 

1. Search by Type - select Youth & High School
2. Search by Region - select Utah Youth Rugby
3. Search by Club - select the club you wish to register with
4. Scroll down and click "Register"
5. Select either "High School Player 2023" or "Youth Player 2023"
6. Click "REGISTER"
7. Follow further instructions on screen. You may have to create a new Rugby Explorer User Account to continue.

UTAH YOUTH RUGBY - STATE GOVERNING BODY LEAGUE FEE REFUNDS

• If a player drops before the league registration deadline, the Utah Youth Rugby registration fee will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee.
• If a player drops after the league registration deadline, but before the first league scheduled match or tournament, the player will receive a refund of half the Utah Youth Rugby registration fee. Uniform fees, if applicable, will not be refunded, but the player may keep the uniform.
• Refunds are not available if a player drops after the first league scheduled match or tournament.
• A pro-rata refund of the Utah Youth Rugby registration fee based on the number of league scheduled matches/tournaments completed is available if a league is canceled as a result of a State-mandated shutdown of youth sports

USA RUGBY AND USA YOUTH AND HIGH SCHOOL RUGBY - NATIONAL GOVERNING BODY FEES

• Utah Youth Rugby is unable to process refunds for the National Governing Body fees as these fees are paid directly to the National Governing Bodies.
• National Governing Body fees are separately itemized during the registration process
