Daily Personal Fitness

All of these at 100% effort, Monday through Friday outside of practice:
  • 1 mile, with a goal of under 7 minutes
  • 1 100 meter/yard sprint
  • 2 50 meter/yard sprints
  • 5 20 meter/yard sprints

Practices

·       Practices start February 11, 2014

·       All players must be registered to practice with the team

·       Practice days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week

·       Practice Time: 5:00 - 6:30 pm

·       Practice Location: Central Davis Junior High in Layton

·       Practices will start on time

·       Players must have their mouth piece, cleats laced and ready before 5:00 pm

·       If you must miss practice or be late, you must communicate it prior to practice via text/phone call to your coach:

o   1 unexcused absence a week or 2 tardies = missing the starting position in Saturday’s game

o   2 unexcused absences a week or 3 tardies = missing the first half of the game

o   3 unexcused absences a week = missing the entire game
