TEAM MISSION STATEMENT

“Give young men a chance to build fun and uplifting memories and help develop lifelong skills of hard work, dedication, respect, teamwork, honesty and fair play.  Offer a safe haven for youth to feel important and be a part of something bigger than the individual.  Encourage young people to find their confidence from within; to develop courage; and to cultivate faith, humility and compassion.”

Winning is a result of these objectives, not the objective itself.

Our aim is not to create starters – rather to create a team.  We cannot control that there will be those who receive accolades for their individual performances on the field – but most important to us as coaches and team members is the fact that no “one player” can take credit for anything without including the other 39 of his team mates equally.

RULES / LAWS OF THE TEAM (School and Team Policy)
