The Board of Directors (BOD) is responsible for the overall policy and direction of Utah Youth Rugby.   BOD members are elected by voting members of UYR at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will serve a two-year term. 

The Executive team is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the organization.  The President is hired by the board and all other members are appointed by the President as authorized by the Board of Directors.
